The ideal Venue Sales candidate enjoys the sales process, has the ability to connect with clients, and has the confidence to take on a big challenge. This person will have six core responsibilities:

1. Creating a sales and marketing plan

2. Prospecting for new leads

3. Fielding inquiries

4. Giving venue tours

5. Contracting clients

Once the event is confirmed, the ideal candidate will need to work with our team to:

Social Capitol is a new venue, so building awareness and seeking out events will be critical for success. Specifically the ability to bring in large, high-end events will be necessary in order to achieve pre-determined sales goals.

This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance reimbursement, paid time off, daily lunch and an awesome work environment. Pay range for the first year is $45,000-$75,000 depending on experience. Bonus opportunities available upon achieving and exceeding sales goals.
