We talk through your vision to understand if we are the best fit for your event goals and needs. We’ll ask lots of questions about the details of your event so we can present a proposal that includes everything you need and nothing you don’t. We want you to ask as many questions as you can think of as well by phone or an in-person tour. Confirming an event with Social Capitol includes venue rental and bar packages.

The benefit of two event service companies under one roof is seamless planning. After confirming a date with Social Capitol, a Footers Catering Coordinator can’t wait to dive into menu design, service touches, and room design with you. These aspects of the plan are invoiced separately through Footers Catering.

Footers coordinators customize menus for every event because we believe each item on a menu has a purpose. Our coordinators specialize in listening to your vision and designing a menu to match. Footers Catering’s culinary team is committed to creating amazing food from scratch. We use the freshest ingredients, focusing on foods that are seasonally available and grown as close to home as possible.

Let us bring your vision to life

Your coordinator will also work with you to plan table settings, food stations, stages, dance floors, and much more. The sky’s the limit for creativity and themes, but we also offer convenient rental packages to make the planning easy. Our in-house designer can bring great value to your event by providing centerpieces, custom signage, and installations in-house.

The Social Capitol Event Manager specializes in bringing all the details and vision together for seamless event execution. A master of details, they will finalize your floor plan, timeline, and coordinate with outside vendors. Your Event Manger will be on-site the day of your event to ensure that every detail comes to life.
