Upload Your Files

Your event is right around the corner and things are starting to get real. And now you have to get files sent over so you can have awesome stuff displayed on our TV screens around the venue. Well, we’re here to help and strive to make this process as painless as possible. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting!

HOW IT WORKS:

  • You give us files of artwork/imagery you want displayed, we make it happen

  • You can have something different on each screen, the same on every screen, or anything in-between

  • You can have a single static image, or a looping slideshow of multiple images. If you want one image displayed for the entirety of the event, upload a single image. If you want a looping slideshow, upload multiple images. We’ll give you some options to select “Same as _____ Screen” so you don’t have to upload the same images over and over ;)

  • Required artwork dimensions: 3840 x 2160 pixels

  • Supported file types: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, MOV, MP4

There are multiple “Submit” buttons on this page. In each section, they each correspond to a different form that gives us all the information we’ll need to take it from here! Please ensure that after using the “Upload Files(s) buttons to upload your content, and making your checkbox selections where applicable, you hit that “Submit” button.

DEADLINE FOR ARTWORK:

In order to keep everything on track for your event and prevent day-of disasters, please submit your content 5 Business Days prior to your event. This will allow us the necessary time to download, review, make adjustments, reach out to you if necessary, and load the content for your event!

Capitol Hall/Bar

Let’s start here. The (3) 70” screens are the biggest and brightest in our space and will draw the most eyeballs. Keep in mind that with these particular screens, with their close proximity and small bezels, you can achieve some cool things by “tiling” one large panoramic image across all three screens.

Welcome Room

The screen in this room, though modest, is also important. While your guests may not spend a lot of time here, try to make it as impactful as possible. This may be a welcome screen, shout outs to your lovely sponsors, etc.

Interactive Kitchen

Perhaps our favorite space in the house, the screen in this room is notable for the variety of different uses this space takes on. Is it for VIP guests? Does it pair with an interactive chef station? Keep in mind which and how guests will utilize this space.
